How to create virtual machine with Linux

1. go to https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads and download VirtualBox VirtualBox 4.3.26 for Windows hosts  x86/amd64 
2. run exe file
3. go to http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop and download Ubuntu
